POLICIES

The Tidy Home, LLC will provide home and office organizational and design services as described.

ORGANIZATION SERVICES FEES

The Tidy Home, LLC will provide organization services under the fee schedule listed:

2 hours: $100.

3 hours: $150.

$50 per hour for services rendered thereafter.

Fees are payable in advance. Sales tax is not included in the prices listed above. Completion of each organizational project may require more or less time than estimated.  However, no additional hours will be charged without the client’s consent.

LIABILITY

The Tidy Home, LLC will exercise utmost care in handling the client’s belongings at all times, however, especially delicate items will be identified and placed in a safe keeping area to prevent damage during organizational services. The Tidy Home, LLC will not be held liable for damage or injury sustained in the course of services. The Tidy Home, LLC will not make final disposal of my discarded items unless otherwise agreed upon.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients are our only priority. In order to ensure that all clients are able to be accommodated with appointments that are timely and convenient, The Tidy Home, LLC maintains a cancellation policy.

In the event of cancellation made prior to 48 hours of the appointment, a full refund will be made. However, a cancellation that is made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Emergencies do happen, so rescheduling the appointment in the event of an emergency will not result in a cancellation fee.

EXTRA TRAVEL CHARGE

When discussed, appointments outside of one-hour travel time requires a per appointment charge of $50 (as discussed and agreed upon).

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Tidy Home, LLC takes maintaining the confidentiality of all clients’ information extremely seriously. Trust between client and consultant is most critical for a successful working relationship.

As a professional organization, The Tidy Home, LLC will respect all information disclosed during the course of services and beyond. Personal information will only be disclosed with the client’s expressed permission.
