WHY SHOULD I USE THIS TIDYING SERVICE?
If you actively looked up this website, then you must have some interest in tidying your home. Look no further! The tidying method I use, created and made popular by Marie Kondo, is extremely effective and will not only declutter your possessions, but will declutter the stale energy in your life.

The Tidy Home is currently the only tidying business on Oahu Island that utilizes this tidying method to help its clients. I will provide you with the necessary support and coaching to successfully complete the entire process. So far, no one has rebounded to a cluttered home after completing this method.
Please note that this is not a "quick fix" method of tidying. You will be going through each and every one of your possessions. If this deters you, know that no one has yet rebounded after completing this method. Millions of lives have been changed positively and dramatically after completing this method.
HOW DO I COMPLETE THIS TIDYING METHOD?
This tidying method, created and made popular by Marie Kondo, is a detailed and life-altering tidying process. This tidying method emphasizes that you choose to keep a possession only if it "sparks joy."

This tidying method has five main steps: 1) Clothes, 2) Books, 3) Papers, 4) Miscellaneous or Komono, and 5) Mementos. In order to complete the process successfully, you must tidy all of your possessions in this order.

So far, no one has rebounded back to a cluttered life after performing this method completely.
IS THIS TIDYING SERVICE EXPENSIVE?
This tidying service is definitely an investment, but you will be signing up with the intention of never needing this service again. Once you complete the entire tidying process, you will not regress back to a cluttered home.

Please also note that my service fees, at $25 per hour, are well below the market rate. Other organization services on Oahu price their services between $50-$120 per hour. Despite the price difference, you will still achieve your ideal home space with The Tidy Home.
I'M INTERESTED, BUT THE SERVICE IS TOO EXPENSIVE. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
You can sign up for a free 1-hour consultation session. via phone or video chat (e.g. FaceTime, Skype) This can help you get a feel for my services and what will need to get done. If you are inspired and want to proceed, we can try to work with shorter sessions (3 hours vs. 5 hours).

You may also refer friends to receive payment credit! If you refer a friend who successfully completes a paid session with me, you will receive a $25 credit towards your next session.
WILL YOU BE DOING THE TIDYING?
No, I will not be doing the tidying. My role is to be a consultant, a coach, and a teacher. The client is required to do the tidying process because only the client knows what items spark joy for them, and therefore what to keep. I cannot make this decision for them. I will, however, help with tasks such as transporting items around the house.

I am also not responsible for discarding client items (e.g. taking items to the dump, recycling centers, or donation centers). I will, however, suggest resources for that my clients may use for such matters.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
I am located on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Currently, I am only able to meet with clients located on the island of Oahu.

I recommend that all of my clients read The Life-Changing Manga of Tidying Up, a comic book version of Marie Kondo's best seller, The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up. The comic book is easy-to-read, inspirational, and one of the most comprehensive ways to get introduced to this tidying method.
If you would like to delve even deeper, I suggest reading Marie Kondo's books, The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up and Spark Joy: An Illustrated Master Class on the Art of Organizing and Tidying Up. Marie also recently released a Netflix series, Tidying Up with Marie Kondo -- an original series that showcases how Marie transforms her clients' lives with this tidying method.

DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL SESSIONS?
Due to these unprecedented times, I will be working exclusively via Zoom in order to protect my clients' and my health. My role is primarily as a teacher, so virtual sessions will be the same quality of learning as an in-person session. You may download the Zoom app here.
